Spring rate was somewhat defeated @ TIGRA 125
I used this product when porting Secondary of PCX 125 to TIGRA 125 to use thick and durable PCX 150 Belt.
However, in the end I decided to use NORMAL's Center spring of PGO TIGRA 125.
◆ Impression
? There was a situation where the number of revolutions at the time of the maximum Large acceleration dropped by 1000 rpm from the previous 9000 rpm.
? Spring rate is higher for Center Spring of TIGRA 125 NORMAL than this product.
? Since the number of rotations fell, we reduced the total WR by 6 g and kept the number of revolutions, but BeltSlip seemed to be more heavy and Rubber's sharpening came out more
◆ trial and error
I initially thought that various factors existed because we changed the Large half of the drive system parts first, but since this product is such that the Spring rate is 11% UP NORMAL ratio, we are talking about 6 g light weight WR I changed to 9000 rpm.
? We intend to reassemble to Reinforced Spring for TIGRA of Advance Pro that we used before and we decided to record the properties of each Center spring at the same time.
A conclusion
? As a conclusion by comparing the measurement result with the present condition, the set load and Spring rate of KITACO are somewhat disadvantageous to TIGRA 125,
? Advance Pro (Light blue paint) Things of this Class (From the viewpoint of the strength of driving system consumables) There is a possibility that it is too strong.

Cut-out Spring Seat on a lathe and measured using hydraulic PRESS and the newly purchased \ 1000 Analog scale and Vernier calipers.

◆ Just idea
In the case of TIGRA, BeltTrouble has rupture due to peeling damage with little abrasion. Because the product of KITACO PCX + 11% of this product is a slightly weaker Spring rate than TIGRANORMAL, it becomes a gentle change due to wear, Belt peeling / I thought that it might be possible to avoid things like breakage => running impossible.
